Slab completed

The Floor slab was completed today.

Concrete pouring started at 5.45 am.

Looks great. Ready for Frame delivery.

Slab Preparation

Our house site is now boxed & ready for the slab pour tomorrow.

The size seems to be growing!!!!!!!!

Concrete Slab

Well the Slab will now not be poured until Tuesday next week.
Slight hold up yesterday with the plumber & Drainage......
Still going well for time though.

Plumbing & drainage

Plumbing, Drainage & Electrical now installed.

Ready for Concrete slab........... 

1 week into building & we have the concrete piers in place & plumbing & drainage planned for today.

Had our on site meeting yesterday with the building supervisor. He was very helpful & obliging.

We must say, up until now Perry Homes are a very professional outfit.

There is light years between Perry Homes & the competition. (What competition???)

The block

Well here we go, Construction started today. The block has been cut.

Surveyor will mark out on Friday & ready for slab next week.

Had problems with neighbours builder, STYLEMASTER. They left all the excess concrete from their slab on our site. They would not enforce their contractors to remove this rubble when asked to do so.

Bad news for STYLEMASTER.

I knew there was a reason we did not use them.

BLOODY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
