WE Have KEYS

Great news, We have the keys to our new house. It looks great!!!!!! We are extremely happy with how our new home has turned out.
Now just to move in & make it a "HOME".

Practical Completion Stage

We have reached Practical Completion stage &  are extremely happy  to say the house looks stunning. We can not wait to move in now. Alfresco slab out the back still to be poured. We think the concretor does not want to do this job. This has been going to be completed 5 weeks ago...... Still in progress. Check out pictures below.

Near finished

Yes, As the heading reads, our home is nearly complete.
All painted, Sparky completed,Wardobe  doors fitted & this week the floor tiles will be completed.

Caspers Sanctuary is progressing extremely well.

Yes, once again we have had a delay since the laast post here.
Worth the wait though.....
Carpenter has finished inside & the tilers have now commenced fitting all wet area tiles.
Kitchen & Vanities are installed.
Ready now for the painter & Rendering......
We now know we will be in for Christmas. Great present from Santa Clause...

Advancement

Yes, it has been a while since the last post.
Plumber has installed all pipe work for showers & taps along with gas hot water.
Electrician has prewired, Ducted Air  pre install complete.
Brick layer half way through, & Plaster gang has all wallls sheeted & joint sealing has commenced.
To date except for this weekend, only 2 wet days have given us any set backs.
We must say, Perry Homes so far certainly have been easy to deal with.

Lids on!!!!!

Now the lid is on our house. Everything is going well.
Looking good.

But then again, you would not think anything else.

ONE WEEK LATER

What a difference a week makes.
The Roof Trusses are now on & fixed in place.
The frame is all squared up.
The Windows & Sliding doors are fitted. & the Gutter & facia are installed.
We have to admit one thing here after seeing the windows today.
We paid for tinted front windows. Although they appear tinted, I would not advise anyone to pay the difference tho have factory tinted windows as you can hardly recognise a tint colour in this glass. Very dissapointed.

Next stage will be roof on & Bricks started..... Heres hoping.

Roof Trusses on site

Roof Trusses have been delivered today Friday the 10th Sept as previously reported ready for installation on Monday.

Walls finished being erected .

Walls have finished being erected today Thursday the 9th September.

Roof trusses ordered for tomorrow ready for installation by crane on Monday.

House Frames started to be erected.

Wednesday Midday And workers have started putting up the walls.
Looks great. House is starting to take shape.

Slab completed

The Floor slab was completed today.

Concrete pouring started at 5.45 am.

Looks great. Ready for Frame delivery.

Slab Preparation

Our house site is now boxed & ready for the slab pour tomorrow.

The size seems to be growing!!!!!!!!
