Practical Completion Stage

We have reached Practical Completion stage &  are extremely happy  to say the house looks stunning. We can not wait to move in now. Alfresco slab out the back still to be poured. We think the concretor does not want to do this job. This has been going to be completed 5 weeks ago...... Still in progress. Check out pictures below.

Still some rectifications to be completed... Still in progress. Tiles around the taps in wet areas have dress rings added to hide oversized hole in tile for tap. (Error from tiler) looks dodgy &we want this fixed. Incorrect front door handle set  has been fitted to front door. This could be costly to Perry as there is a good chance they may have to replace the complete front door. Good news, all rectifications required are as per plan or signed changes with Perry's. However, these items are minor in the scale of things & Perry Homes have built a stunning home. Very Professional company to build with.. We believe one more week will see us in the new home. Bring it on!!!!!!!!
